BSOD and wont start

this morning as i turned on my moniter it was displaying a BSOD and then i hit the power button. now it will only turn on for about 3 seconds and turn off. then it will turn on for another 3 seconds and turn off. It does that repeatedly.
I have checked all the wiring and everything looks connected and ok. I did notice the CPU-LED and DRAM Led lights turn red about the time it shuts off.


any clues as to what might be wrong?

Try only using one stick of ram at a time. If that doesn't work, move the GPU around or try it in a different computer. If none of those then It's most likely your motherboard, but it could be the CPU.
