Hey, so When ever I play a game. My frame rate is always around 60, Never 70-90. Not even on lowest. I have a
Asus gtx 590 3gddr5
16gb ddr3 ram
1000w PSU
i7 2600k stock
and soon to be water cooled everything. WIndows 7 64x.

What can be the problem? And how can I increase my framerate? This is a DUAL GPU graphic card and Should perform higher than 60fps.

Should I turn off the V-sync in the NVidia control panel? Or in-game?

Fixed it.... I feel like an Idiot. I can not play sc2 undead assault 3 at 160fps.
