I am being shipped for free a geforce 560se from amazon for my troubles, with 2 dead motherboards with 2 broken voltage regulators (I used 2 seperate PSU, one for each build, just to be sure) that fried 2 CPUs (They had a bad batch of the ga-b75m-d3h), since after I put my old geforce 260 on it, now the geforce 260 has a permanent capacitor whine.
Regardless.
On my old geforce 260, I used riva tuner to lower the idle clock from 300mhz to 150mhz, and I cut the memory to 120mhz
The voltage was locked at 1.05v
I want to save some power this time. I'm making the assumption that the EVGA model has a voltage that can be changed.
What are the best GPU voltage tools?
Is GPU undervolt similar to CPU undervolt in methodology? I've done a -1.875v offset undervolt on my CPU, so I'm used to that concept.
What are the differences?
Regardless.

But fully customizable voltage using Afterburner anyways...
