That isn't worth $1500, not by a long shot, buy a custom system and get it assembled by the store if you must, don't buy prebuilt, you'll end up paying much more than you should.

It doesn't look like a bad pre-built, but you could certainly achieve comparable results for a bit less if you did it yourself.

Actually Ncix has surprisingly good deals for prebuilts, the only problem I see with it is that you can't completely customize it for your needs, yeah you can slightly upgrade or downgrade some parts, but personally, I wouldn't buy a case that expensive on this budget, and they don't have any cheaper options.

is it better if i pick parts (save about 300) and get a better cooler, 16gb ram but less HDD space for around 1200? same parts but not pre assembled by NCIX and is there pc like better optimized or something?

If you need more ram and don't need as much HDD space, yes...

No their PCs aren't optimized, they just put it together, install the OS, and stress test it(I think they stress test it)

I know you said you don't want to build it, but that's a pretty basic system, and if you have worked with Lego's chances are you know how to do
it. You can buy those parts individually for less money, and actually get a case that looks good on top of that! Spend that profit on something bigger and better!
