Well, you could save about $50 on the MB and get a Biostar TForce 939 mATX ($70) and put the cash twards a better vid card. Or try the OB vid first, it should be simular to the 7300 you listed in performance... then a bit down the road get a better card, prices will drop a lot when the 8xxx series matures a bit.

If you are running XP Pro you have the feature of ASR Backups.
This is the best by far.
You will need the XP Pro install disk and a floppy disk for the restore.

Just open the Accessoriew folder and select backup.
Next select advanced, then ASR backup.
I partition my hard drive so I make a folder on the DATA partition for Backup. Select that folder to place the backup files.
It usually takes about 30min to complete the backup.
Just follow instructions while the backup is working.
This will do a format and new install of Windows XP Pro.
Then it will access the backup file. XP Pro will reinstall all your addresses, emails & folders, everything will be restored back to the exact date and time that you did the backup.

Not backup as actually backup.
But as a tower whichI send all the data I want to save.
Say I download alot music I just want there in case that I delete.
All I have to do is copy it back over. Yet I want to be able to be use by someone.
Max it will be doing is gaming

If you're not planning to run two vid cards, then there's no need for a SLI board. SLI boards generally cost a bit more. The Biostar TForce board Duke suggested is a great board. It OCs pretty well and is easy on the wallet.
