A quick check with the eXtreme Power Supply Calculator http://extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp gives me 488W for your system (with no overclock).

If you want to know for sure then get a Kill-A-Watt Meter and take the guess work out thumb.gif

At stock or with some small overclocks, you'll be perfectly fine.

You're fine, my own system (sig rig) peaks around 400 watts from what my UPS has shown. So the components are really only pulling around 350 watts at peak load when gaming.

That will over-estimate required wattage, as pretty much every PSU calculator will do.
The only one that doesn't (at least that I've seen) is Phaedrus' PSU Calc, which can be found in the PSU Section Sticky (here) smile.gif

Really? Ok let me list what I have maybe you guys can help me out.

System
Mobo: ASUS Sabertooth 990FX
CPU: Phenom X4 960T
CPU Cooler: Hyper 212 Plus 2x 120mm Fans
RAM: 2x sticks of DDR3 1600Mhz
VIDEO: 1x ASUS GeForce GTX 570 DII
HDD: 2x 7200rpm Hard Drives SATA
DVD Drive: 1x DVDRW SATA drive
PC Case Fans: 3x 120mm and 1x 200mm fan
