I was given 2 of these for my birthday, one has 1xHDMI 1xDisplayPort and 1x DVI connection the other one on the other hand has 1xHDMI 1xDisplayPort and 2x DVI on it, Is there no way to Crossfire these and use the HDMi off both cards or use the HDMi off the top card with both DVI slots? I have 3 monitors.

If I remember rightly, you can just use the DVI ports if you have 2 of them and not worry about the display port to be honest.

But I think i'm a little confussled... you want to use the HDMI and then do triple screen off of that? Can you Clarify for me?

I want to use Crossfire, I have the top card set as the one with an HDMI slot and 2x DVI slots and to bottom one is the one with 1 HDMI slot and 1 DVI slot since It does not have 2 HDMI slots for me, I want to use the 2 DVI slots with the HDMI slot on the top card, when I go and enable the disabled screen attached to the 2nd DVI slot it requires me to disable the other DVI slot. ..... Yes it could be confusing -.-

I see what you want now, I don't believe that is possible i'm afraid, you can do the follow:

Use 3x DVI for triple screen.

Use 2x DVI and 1X HDMI or Display port

Use 2x HDMI and 1x Display port

Or use a conjunction of all of them for 6 screens.

Can I use the HDMI slot on the 2nd card and still keep the crossfire still linked as crossfire? so it would be HDMI DVI off the top card and HDMI off the bottom card.

Yes, however it might try to output to that device, if you could either disable the monitor in device manager or unplug it, that would prevent you loosing FPS in games, turning the screen off alone might be enough.

Alright, 1 more thing, it seems that nothing happens when crossfire is enabled and I plug into the HDMI slot on the 2nd card frown.gif

Single right click, display properties, settings, do you see the TV/monitor in there?
