Ok, so il point my 90mm fan to the vrms, would that be sufficient?
check out the other thread in the AMD section - place a small fan over the area and be done with it. should be fine unless you are pushing crazy volts.

If you read the top section of the link I sent previously, you see there are also links for some small copper heatsinks that will fit onto the mosfets (VRM area circled above) that will help a lot as well as the addition air flow. They're fairly cheap and work well. Here's a pic with them installed.

If you look closely at the very bottom 4 rows of fins, you can see they are actually curved downward to help air flow across the VRM. Even with this I still mounted a 80mm fan to the back side of the optical drive bays (down low, using zip ties) and aimed it to blow slightly upwards and towards the rear exhaust fan and than towards the motherboard (VRM area).

Il look into buying them, but I don't see how the 80mm fan is supposed to blow through my CPU cooler? I tried to set it earlier to blow across the vrms but i couldn't get close enough to blow any worthwhile amount of air near them.
Sorry it's hard to explain. Look at this pick. Crappy I know. The fan is blowing towards the upper, right, rear corner (compound angle). It's very hard to see the second angle which makes it blow over the NB/HS and than the VRM. There is also a 140mm exhaust fan directly above the VRM in the top of this case too (NZXT M59) which helps air direction/flow.

You can use a mid case fan, held to the drive bays with zip ties (a good 120mm should do and will make less noise than an 80mm)
Those small mosfet sinks work like a charm, I had them glued with thermal paste/glue mix to my Asus p4p800-e dlx vrm's back then.
