THe bigges most demanding setting people over look is "reflection resolution" if you getting bad performance turn it all the way off.

Well I think you're right, it should be getting more than 30 fps maxed and turning down settings isn't exactly a fix to getting more fps at max settings my bad.

All I know is Reflection Resolution murders performance on some machines, so i guess that is a bit off topic, sorry.
