You pretty much get a lot of what you hear here in this story. Things like "missing inventory" which is really just a floor manager taking damaged shipping packaging (Say for instance, an iphone box is dented but the product itself is STILL working) and wiping it out of inventory/shipping and keeping it for himself. Reckless stockers who would literally throw and kick things off the loading trucks. Back when Blu-Ray players were still 1k and over a pop I remember guys playing catch with them. Granted you've probably heard every Geek Squad story known to man so I won't even bother. But I did hear a story in my particular store about a guy that would call them for stupid stuff and offer the guys specifically alcohol. Someone else also fixed a bootleg operation and showed us some phone video from it and I thought that was personally hilarious.

Worked IT at a school that gave macbooks to students. An awful lot of stuff left that place that should not have over the years. However, what other staff threw away assuming to be broken was what I capitalized on. Loved those trash bags. Was like christmas every time the trash was going to be taken out, if you go for that sort of stuff tongue.gif

I remember taking apart my first whitey on the first day and replacing the logic board. Had a whole laptop's worth of screws left when I got done smile.gif
