What is the 100% Undoubted BEST EVA!! Settings that I can change on my VC to make Battlefield 2 run smoother, and without white blotches on far distances.

Max out all BF2 ingame settings. Don't bother with Ultra, it doesn't work anymore. Also, don't bother with the Performance/Quality setting in the control panel, I find it makes no difference in FPS in BF2. I use 4x AA and 8x AF, but you could probably manage mmore. If you play BF2:SF you will need to leave some wiggle room, as SF is more demanding and will lag more.

You asked us what are the best settings to get the best out of the game. Another GB of ram will do this other wise you need to max out the every setting but keep textures on medium.
