Copper Corrosion in Brand New XSPC EX240

As in topic. As I understand, it might have come for the water which was left from the leak test at the factory. But, is it normal? And, how do I remove it?

I just want to know if it also happens to other XSPC rads. Thanks. smile.gif

Normal, unless it's severe.

You should throughly clean any rad before you use it. Flush it with vinegar and boiling water a few times, then rinse with distilled.

Pictures would help significantly, as if it is considerable corrosion you could have some serious puncture problems, or something of that sort. Never mind what I said previously, I didn't see the bit about it being a brand new radiator.

I have two other brand new rads: RX120 and RS240. Had a peek in the RX and found it to be a lot better, compared to the EX240 in question. I haven't got time to look inside the RS, but I'll have a good look at it once I get home. Cheers.
