Monitor drops to 59 Hz

Is there a permanent FIX to keep the refresh rate at 60 Hz instead of 59 Hz? Whenever i change the refresh rate to 60 Hz and save, it still drops to 59 Hz. I think this might cause some problems with certain games.

There are no drivers for Windows 7 as it seems...

Probably because the driver reads it as 59.949499454564789785415314... etc it shouldn't cause any problems.
