or i see anor londo is immediately after sens fortress, so should i go for steel set or wait it out for black iron set from anor londo?

Depending if you need more defense now, upgrade. If not, wait. Upgrading the standard armors dont cost too much titanite anyways. The more important item for you now is the Ember. Did you get it? If so, you can get your weapon to +10. To do so, go Andre the blacksmith and upgrade your weapon to +5, then give him the Ember. You can now ascend your standard weapon to +10. Your weapon will be dealing crazy damage now as you'll need it later on when you encounter Orstein/Smough. This boss fight is arguably the hardest section of DS.

I will be using black knight sword for now and later black knight halberd that i will fully upgrade, so its just +5 on these weapons for me
right now i plan a stroll into Darkroot Garden smile.gif

Dark Souls 2..

The summoning aka Coop is useless, people get their "Task Completed" miles before the boss, so you're standing there, at the fog-gate, alone... facepalm FROM. And the new "dedicated" server isnt any better than the existing system in DS1.

Anyway is there a "guide" that gives you a hint on what locations to go to, in order similar to DS1?

There is an official guide to the game that will tell you absolutely everything about the game or you could do youtube. I picked one up as a collectable. Damn thing is the size of my chemistry book, its huge! Not bad either for 20 bucks.

^You dont have to be human to increase item discovery. Having on hand humanity is good, but to really get the great drops you need the 'Covetous Gold Serpent Ring', location in Sens Fortress. You can combine the humanity and ring to reach 300, i believe is item discovery max number. With the ring alone, i believe you get to 200.

Yes, the ring makes ALL the difference! After equipping the ring I was getting twinkling titanite, curse stones, humanities etc regularly.

hmm so i got myself unhollowed and that kinda made the trick, now i have the BK halberd but cant wield it cause of 12str more i would require.
the butterfly was terrible it killed me and i had no humanity to summon the sorceress and then i went again to retrieve what i dropped. then i used one humanity from my inventory and somehow managed to survive butterfly. used that basic shield with 55% to magic def smile.gif

now i am suffering with havel. will try to off him with firebombs, as with my 594hp he tends to onekill me ...

PS: i took him down, standing next to door, he always comes to look a little and thats when i bashed him with 2h black knight sword for 200hp tongue.gif
since i just got elite knight set i dont need to buy steel set, will try to use elite knight set till i get black iron set.

PS2: right now i decided to go on a little exping trip to darkroot garden, the stone guardians give 600exp each and all i have to do is to kill them with 3 slashes, the crest shield gives me fast stamina regeneration so its going great.
actually 2handing black knight sword takes them down in 2 slashes

PS3: will try to make 20level probably 150k exp there (300 guardians) and then i will have 32 str to wield BKH
one 3minute run through darkroot garden yields over 6k exp, actually 100 runs will put me somewhere to SL70 and then i can continue with lower undead burg
also there is stone armor set in location behind the crest of artorias door (opening item goes for 20k souls from andre the blacksmith) and its like havel set without the curse resist but 45weight

so a question, i have SL46+Stone Set + Grass Crest Shield + BKH + HR
11vit 23end 32str 18dex, shall i go now 20 points into endurance so i get medium roll or vitality so i get 1100hp, now i have 594hp?

thanks

Just so you guys know, if you have the PC version you can farm Twinkling Titanite from the Stone knights in Oolacile when you start the DLC. As far as I know this is the only reliable place to get a ton. It's a good idea if you've stocked up some armor and weapons that require it, or plan to use Crystal Weopons the rest of the game (they can only be repaired through an upgrade).

Also the content is pretty amazing for DLC, has some nice drops, and really expands on some of the best stuff in the game (Sif & Artorias).

Just be careful about when you access it, as it is hard in comparison to most bosses in the game, and there really is no over leveling it.
