Yep, I ran the dx online update and downloaded .net 4.0, then updated it via win update.

I know the patch killed the 6 series, but others report the 7 series having no issues. My fps is 100+ so I don't see why I should be faced with these issues.

Are you sure knocking tess to 32 will fix it? I can remove tess completely by settings objects to extreme in DX11 mode and I still have the stuttering. Very bad stuttering. Bioshock profile would also not do anything because I have the same stutter even when running each card individually.
