Impedence for audio technica ATH-M50

Thread Starter
So recently ive got a new pair of headphones, which im pretty sure have an ohm rating of 38.

I also have an Op amp (in the Xonar Phoebus) that can drive up to 600 impedence, now would it be recommended to keep it on 38?
Or will ramping it up make the quality better? If so whats the recommended Impedence for these headphones.

Thank you.
