Why is your voltage so high at stock speeds? 1.4 is too much for 3.4ghz

Edit: boot into the bios and load optimized defaults. try again.

thank you all for helping me i dont know which one i did that did cure it but i reseated my ram to different dimms. loosen up my h100 screws and tighten them by hand, cleared cmos again

uneven pressure on the cpu can cause all sorts of strange things (trust me, been here done this for 4 hours)
