Im planning on building a custom sff computer for myself and was wondering this psu would be able to handle everything I need.

I plan to run a single 480 and overclock an with a k series chip (IB i7 or i5), can the single rail take it? Supposedly its a 45ish Amp rail according to the super micro site. As far as upgrading goes, my 480 eats up much more power than the current top end stuff so in the future iterations of the computer power consumption will go down.
on a side note, since its a server psu im assuming it will be quite loud, could I remove the case and fans and cool it with my case fans? air will be blown directly over the psu.
