Those CPU's look like they go for about $150, The board is a bit of a crapshoot, I've seen them sell for $200 all the way up to $350. I'd probably stick to $200 imho. So $400 for the whole setup? I reserve the right to be completely wrong btw.

^this, a bit less for the mobo, though, 140$ is the price range of 4WAY motherboards (like the RIIIE). I'd say 100-110$ shipped at most, especially when there are quite a lot X58's that sell for under 100$.
