So, I'm looking into upgrading my case. I currently have a DF-85 and regret buying it. It's loud, collects dust like you havent seen and it's too big. Sure cooling is pretty damn good and alot of room for expansion but I dont need that anymore.
Before I go further, I am a total Nivida Fanboy or "Nvidiot".
I have been looking at the Coolermaster CM 690 II Advanced here
I'm looking to create a neater case than what I have now. I would like a nice cable management setup with my current power supply, Quattro 1000W.
How does this case go for cable management. From a few videos it looks like there is nearly half an inch of space behind the motherboard tray which would be excellent! ( someone give me an actual size )
But my other concern is routing of the cables like the 24 pin, 8 Pin, and sata cables. ( current case I needed extension cables... )
Now 1 last thing, I'm looking for some black sleeved motherboard header cables ( hdd led, power, reset etc ) The current ones with any case and motherboard are horrible and are usually pretty hard to keep tidy. ++++ rep given to anyone who can find a solution or parts which ship to Australia or based in Australia.!!
So any opinions or feedback on this case would be excellent.
Also replacing the green LED fans with Bitfinex green fans as they have a more appealing / brighter green than the stock case ones. Also adding two Green cold cathodes. NVIDIA FTW~
