[MC/Corsair] Corsair 900D "Godzilla" unveiled - Page 358

So many negative comments regarding the launch being a 'failure' when, in all honesty, it was probably pretty successful and/or on par. The only difference is this time they have been communicating with the public (you guys) a lot more than I remember in the past. I, for one, appreciate the communication, and I hope the consistent whining doesn't prevent them from doing it in the future

Now, Corsair does get some advantage via communication, ie counting pre-orders for manufacturing, hype, etc - but negative hype is a problem.

It may be a couple months before I get this case, but I knew that when I ordered the case to begin with.

Thank you, Corsair and CG for all the hard work, and putting up with the entitled enthusiast mindset wink.gif

I really need some clarity on if this case can take a 480 rad in the bottom, with a 360 rad in the front ? No need for push pull on either, just fans on one side of each rad. This basically decides if I buy this case or not smile.gif Any one know ?

Yup, that is possible if you remove the front HDD cages.

Hmm now I wonder after seeing the specs on the af120L and 140L if I should buy new AF performance models and replace them. I will be air cooling till the end of the year until ivy-e comes out, then I will start to put things under water after that.

Any info on possible rad thickness (depth)?

This case really brought me back to watercooling. Right now I am excitingly stocking up on parts and waiting when the case becomes available.

If they're grey those AF120L and AF140L fans are going to need a coat of black paint to look right.

You can fit a 360 at the bottom and another 360 in front. You can't fit a 480 and a 360, you can however fit a 480 and a 240 in the front WHILE keeping both HDD bays.

c5USSR72, as you said, I'm that kind of person who adores corsair. I'm living in Mexico, so i guess we will have 900D until April-May (If I'm Lucky). So i will have to Wait. Otherwise, i have a friend working in corsair, so maybe i talk to him and see what happens.

Master Freez, i hear that the Cosmos II its very heavy, so much that you end selling it. =)
