Godzilla is the code name for the project. Somebody mistyped the slide title and a bunch of other details on that first page slide.

so excited to see what "Godzilla" ends up looking like! (been anxiously waiting like everyone else haha)

on a side note......I bought the 300R a while back and loved it, and newegg roped me in with a great deal on the C70 today so after 5 months of waiting I'll finally get to upgrade with a vengence lol! I REALLY WANNA SEE the new additions to the vengence series in the coming months and hopefully maybe even the graphite series... the 600T and c70 are lonely without siblings thumb.gif

It's obviously an Obsidian series chassis, so that means something for the external design (black, aluminum front, monolith-style Industrial Design), and Obsidian is our high-end of cases. The 800D has an MSRP of $299, and was our previous flagship.
I can give a few details:
1. It's larger than 800D.
2. It's going to cost more than 800D.
3. It will be competitive with other manufacturer's "Super Tower" chassis price-wise.
5. It's very heavy, and not designed to be easily portable.
6. There's nothing like it, feature wise, from a major competitor.
7. There was a thread posted in the Case forum called "How would you change the 800D?" Look at the winning votes there and the ideas. Many of those are incorporated in one form or another into the 900D.
8. Godzilla has relatives.

Sir,,

I know I am quite late BUT please make sure there's enough space between window and Cable management back panel so that the side door won't bulge awkwardly. I love my 800D very much except this issue... .

The photo won't do justice for my problem but it's an idea about what exactly i am talking... If you observe the side door, it is not flat it's bulging outwards ...

George did you happen to come across the 900D by mutating a 800D via nuclear radiation? If so... may God help us all!!

Not going to ship a half-assed product to hit a certain date. I want to nail the thing perfectly. Right now we're in the last stage of tooling and tweaking fit and finish stuff (panel gaps, door flex, functionality of mechanisms, etc).
This thing is very, very complex.

Will this case be fit for aircooling?
Not sure why anyone would drop 300 for a case just to aircool it, but if it fits your fancy I'm sure you can. You may get better aircooling elsewhere, though, and for a more reasonable price. Not bashing this case at all, I just dont see why one would need such a large case to blow air through it blushsmiley.gif
