Is anyone experiencing the front removable fan panel rattling a lot when you have HDD loaded in the drive bays that hang below the 5.25 drive bay? The only way to stop the rattling is by keeping pressure applied to the front panel.

Did you screw the bracket into the 5.25 bay in the front? I had to use a stupid little screw to hold it in front because it felt loose when I first did this to mine last week. I also mounted a fan on my HDD cage for more airflow over the GPU.

I have all the screws as tight as possible, I can't move the HDD cage. I don't know what I'm missing.... I've taken the front panel off becasue even with headphones on you can hear it rattling..

I think there are two different issues here. You mentioned the HDD bay being attached to the 5.25 bay mount and I am referring to the 5 screws you have to use to secure it. Four are in the back and one is in the front on the side (pardon the dust in the 5.25 bay):

Removing the front panel is a separate issue. I'm not sure what else I can suggest.

I dont have a solution but can relate to issue as I also notice a resonating rattling sund when installet a spare mechanical HDD into the 900D. As I didn't need the HDD in questions I removed it and didnt waste much time on trying to resolve the issue. What I did check was that all the 5 screws where in place and tight but somehow the vibrations from the HDD still caused an annoying noice.

Am I actually the only one, who wants to move away from the 900D ?
I kinda look at it now (even though it's unfinished) and I would rather make a custom desk to hide all my computer gear in there.
Upgrades and everything else would be so much faster.... Still need to decide. If I can sell my 900D and some other stuff I bought to pay the desk, then I'll sure to a desk mod.
