thought the air flow routes were a bit hectic in terms of straight forward intake and exhaust.
changed it up for my watercooling loop.
this is from my Narada build log.

I really like that new midplate you made. Very nicely done.

It would have cost significantly more than the 800D (probably around $349 retail) and we had to do substantial retooling. It does a 480mm up to and a 240mm on the swing-out side door thingy, and it has 9 slots in the rear. We decided not to do this and instead to do the project that became the 900D.
AGAIN, THIS IS NOT THE 900D. THIS IS A PROTOTYPE CASE WE NEVER BUILT.

Thx for sharing! Always fun to see prototypes, whether its a car prototype or a case prototype, they all excite me tongue.gif

Nah I understand, I guess we'll know all the specs and features on the unveiling.

i quite like the 800dv2.
i have handled quite a few 800d's. my one complain is that the poer button mechanism seems a bit wek and has crapped out on me once or twice.

that aside, im not sure i require a 900d or can even afford it for that matter, but if its priced sub 400usd in india, then i just might get it for the sheer awesomeness of it being a corsair case biggrin.gif
cant wait for the ces reveals. keep up the good work george smile.gif

You guys should've gotten the 900D out sooner so you could've released by Xmas George! Missing out on a lot of holiday sales I would think...

Well, yeah. But the answer is to make the product right, not to ship it before it's done.

But we had hoped it would be done by now, but some changes to make things work better were made and that pushes the schedule out.

I rather wait and see a perfect product compared to a product riddled with issues or not up to par.

Don't rush it. It's going to be perfect.
