Looking for a good gaming sound card with DDL

I read through the top stickies and checked out the recommendations, but one thing I did not see was whether or not any given card supported DDL or not. But, I'm assuming that's a more specific question and what a unique thread is for.

I currently have a creative titanium x-fi, and quite frankly, I hate it. Don't get me wrong, it sounds good. But setting that card up is a major b to the itch, as there are about 6-7 different individual things that need to be downloaded and installed for it to be working at full capacity.

I mean, it's ridiculous. I had to install things in a certain order or else the creative control panel would freeze and close itself whenever I clicked on the "encoding" tab.

So anyways, I'm looking for something more reliable, bulletproof, and easy to set up. Aka - one driver/file to install everything instead of twenty.

I'm primarily a gamer, and DDL (Dolby digital live) is important to me because I like play on my plasma with 5.1 surround sound which, for simplicity, I like to carry to my receiver over a digital optical cable instead of discrete cables.

So.. Suggestions?

Budget: $150 max (would be willing to go up perhaps $30 or so)

Lifestyle: 80% gamer, 20% music. I like to listen to dubstep, linkin park, etc. When I'm gaming, I want whatever sounds best. When I'm listening to music, I have the mids down, lows and highs up, kind of like a reverse bell curve.

Headphones: Beyerdynamic DT770 pro (80ohm)

Location: USA

Also, I own an Astro mixamp which I use for dolby headphone. I go digital optical out from my card into the mixamp, and then to my phones. I also use DDL when going to the mixamp so that it gets proper 5.1.

Bump.

Also, it would be nice if the card was PCI-E instead of normal PCI because that way I could get better spacing on my motherboard with my two GTX 670s in SLI.
