P5n21-sli & e6600

Thread Starter
I have a Asus P5n32-SLI Deluxe board with Intel Conro E6600. @ GB OCR PC800 ram. Video is a single EVGA 7950 512 MB Card. I am looking for help in overclocking this system and very new to overclocking in general.

If this should beposted elsewhere please let me know also as I am new to the net as well.

Thanks in advance.

Neil

IMHO, you are not going to have much luck with that board, as I have it as well and it doesnt seem to handle increased FSB speeds that well...

there you go, if you can return it, get a gigabyte DS3 or an ASUS p5b.

Yes..I completely agree with splat00n....You are better off getting a board decent at OCing than trying to force it and screwing stuff up.

well, for awhile I had my x6800 stable to a little over 3.5 gHz with ram running at 900mHz.
