On a more serious note, the XSPC kits are really good, I'd also wait for the Coolermaster Eisberg kits. They seem promising!

Keep the CM Hyper 212 and get a SSD. Be careful about the H100. I have had three and they all had a noisy pump. Get a custom loop, but you would benefit from a SSD more.

4.25 is cake on 212+
4.4 is ez too if u have decent ambient temps.
I can post my 8120 specs if u want them. I use 212+ but i have 2 yate loons on it.
