I'm looking into an SSD, affordable, fast anyone?

Ok since I been told to look into SSD, which SSD that are affordable from newegg is a good starter for a beginner user like myself. I been living with 7200rpm HDDs since they been out. I think is time to jump into the SSD wagon. biggrin.gif

Anything on sale tbh, difference is minimal b/w high end SSDs. That said I tend to suggest not getting anything with asynchronous NAND.

What price range or capacity you looking at?

Wait for a Samsung 830 or Crucial M4 to go on sale, typically around $80 for a 128GB. They're typically regarded as one of the best way to go for price, performance and reliability.
