Water loo[ Temps, HIGH AS FECK - Page 2

Look at DazMode.com for fans. He has a whole bunch of them. Ships out of the GTA (unfortunately no local pickups), but he'll take online transfers. If you order today, you could possibly receive them tomorrow - email him.

If those are starting temps with starting water temp at a normal room temp of 24C, one of two things or both:
- bad TIM mount
- pump is way too slow or something is blocking your water

You can decide if you have enough radiator after the water has heated up to equilibrium.

[Edit]
I just noticed your rads are 30 FPI? That takes some pretty serious pressure fans to push through properly. You may want to look into the Gentle Typhoon AP-29+.

Just as a point of reference.

I have 2x 590, a 900 l/hr pump and a homemade radiator with 3x200 low noise fans (with a fairly loose fit, I've been trying to build a frame / shroud to block all leaks, but it's been slow going). I'm seeing 31-32 C on idle, 43 C when one card is loaded, 50-51 C on the first card and 58-59 C on the second card when both are loaded.

The heat coming from the pull radiator is hot as feck

That sounds like a water flow problem.

yeah I checked out his pump/reservoir and it says it is rated at 420L/Hr, with this kind of loop w/ 2 blocks and 2 rads you would need atleast 750L/hr to have a decent flow rate, and the blocks mentioned has quite a bit of flow restriction, try getting MCP355 pump/res combo or D5 pump res combo, you can get them used for fair price. but as far as I can see both fans and pump/res combo is at fault. you should be able to achieve 35C idle and about 55-60C load on your GPU.

IS it possible to just add a better pump into my koolance d985?

And what if I buy this pump https://www.dazmode.com/store/product/dazmode_storm_d5_strong_8-24v_pump/

Plus a reservoir if I find one on dazmode which is SINGLE 5.25" BAY. Can anyone help me find one that's instock?
I think the PMP-400 should fit inside there, but you'd want to make sure: http://koolance.com/pmp-400-pump-id-10mm-3-8in

It's about 3x more powerful than your current one. The D5 (or PMP-450) doesn't have quite the pressure as the 400, but moves almost 3 times more water: it won't fit that res though.

I just recommend on buying pump/res combo and sell that koolance of yours.. and switch your fans to something that got high static pressure.

you can get this pump/res combo if you want to, not that expensive compared to the koolance that you got that has lower performance, about 3-4x better than the koolance pump

I could buy that, But I'm trying to buy a single bay because I don't even have room for a second. My front is fecked with items. A fan controller, a sd card/USB/tiny cards reader, 2 cds and a res/pump thing
I only need a single bay reservoir.
