How to speed up auxullary fans on Intel motherboard?

I have two fans on my new ati graphics card, they are currently plugged into the AUX and CPU FAN connections on my asus p8p67 pro motherboard. How do I go about speeding these fans up without using a fan controller? I have tried speedfan, but changing the fan percentage doesnt speed the fans up poke.gif

Try to use AI Suite II from Asus website.

Some of the older Asus boards support only PWM fans IIRC on 4 pin header..

thanks dexel, that worked.

Next problem si my brother has a 1156 i5 750 running on a gigabyte motherboard, a GA-P55-USB3. He doesnt have the ai suite to manually turn fan speeds up. He has one fan plugged into the motherboard, that fan is running at full speed. I tried to plug the second fan into a spare slot of the mobo but it only ran at 500rpm, less than 50% full speed. He now has it plugged into a MOLEX fan converter socket, im nto sure of the genuine name. Does anyone know if plugging a fan into a molex connector makes it run at full speed 24/7?

thanks
