I was wondering if there's any OCR programs for notes for handwritten notes?

Let me explain. Basically, I write notes in class onto computer paper. I want to scan them into PDFs, but I was wondering if such software exists that I can also use OCR to make my PDFs searchable (will really help with my notes). Does such a product exist?
