An SSD at that price point is out of the question without throwing around some serious compromises.

Also, if you go with an Intel CPU, no matter whether it's SB or IB based, you're going to get either integrated graphics or a really crappy video card that isn't much more powerful than the integrated.

Here's my suggestion: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834214872

It's an A10-4600m based laptop, so it's AMD. However, the graphics are superior to any other graphics at that price point, the battery life is stellar, it comes with a Blu-ray drive, and it's within your budget. It ticks every check-box except for the "Intel CPU" part.

EDIT: found one.

Intel CPU, dedicated graphics, decent specs. The CPU isn't cutting edge, but it works.

What do you mean by a 6 key cluster? If you need a numpad and the laptop doesn't have it or you don't like it you can buy a wireless USB numbad biggrin.gif

Hmm, you could get some form of gamepad and assign macros? I'm sure you'd be able to find a program to allow custom macros to the numpad thumb.gif

What? It definitely isn't cutting edge but still superior compared to the A10.

Personally, I would never go with AMD with anything over $600. At $700, you can get a decent CPU and GPU that smokes AMD's pathetic underperforming CPUs. Granted, AMD's integrated GPU is loads better than Intel.

Despite the fanboy being a fanboy at the moment, he's right. tongue.gif

The second Toshiba listed there would be far superior to the first choice with the APU. Granted you COULD massively boost the performance of the APU with some DDR3 1866 RAM... devil.gif
