This is for the absolute best video quality when file size is not a problem. If you think the quality difference isn't enough for the file size maybe you should just use dxtory and record with x264 and compress it by default (and please don't comment if you think there isn't a difference because there is, the files aren't a few extra gigabytes bigger for no reason). I prefer to record my video's with the least about of compression possible.


Please note that recording with uncompressed files in msi afterburner or using default fraps/dxtory video record settings equates to very high file sizes, if you don't have a lot of file space or delete recordings you aren't using periodically while gathering files you will use you should be fine.
