Well it's all at stock now, so I'll have to go in and change it. Although I think this thread should be moved to a general PC help area instead of RAM since I'm having the same issue after replacing the RAM, CPU, Motherboard, GPU, and after scanning my HDDs they pass just fine. =( I just dunno what to do.
Looking in the event log I have 2 errors... One says is just an unexpected shutdown, the other being: "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly", with the source being Kernel-Power.
I checked in HD Tune for any errors and the only ones that show up are Ultra DMC CRC Error Count (2), and Calibration Retry Count (1). From my understanding is these errors are logged from the beginning of the HDD's life time, and you cannot reset them... they just continue to add on the total count (I could be wrong). I've had those errors since I had the hard drive since I bought them and had a power outage.Edited by Kvjavs - 9/9/12 at 10:20pm
