i just want to know which looks/feel better. 3d is not a must and i honestly wont really use it much but i guess its still nice to have there. but if you have experience with both or atleast one i want to know what you thought of both. i really need to choose as i want to get it for my birthday.

120Hz is great from smoothness and fluidity but IPS is going to look better with better colors and a much higher pixel density. Just noticed you are looking at a 1080p IPS so the resolution will look the same but IPS does have better color and viewing angles. At the same resolution I'd say go 120Hz but if it were between a 1440p IPS panel and a 1080p 120Hz I'd say go IPS...

my only problem with the whole 1440p is if it does break the extra costs for shipping it back over etc etc. as i wouldnt really be able to afford that. but so ips for colors and 120hz for fluidity?
