Need help deciding which SSD is better to upgrade Samsung Series 9 - how important is read/write speed?

Thread Starter
I recently bought a Samsung Series 9 Ultrabook, which has a 128GB mSATA 6.0Gb/s MLC SSD. I want to upgrade to 256GB, so these are my options:

Which is the better option? The sequential read/write speed in the Crucial is similar to the one currently in my Samsung, although the MyDigitalSSD one is higher. How important is this, and what should I be looking for?
