Can't unpin Crappy Diablo 3 from Task bar

Hey guys... so for whatever reason I cannot remove this Diablo 3 shortcut I have pinned to my task bar... I cannot right click it.. I went to C:\Users\Trev\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch and found it in the userpinned\ImplicitAppShortcuts ... deleted it from there.. yet its still on task bar and still works!

How do I get rid of this ugly short cut!!

oh wow... turns out I'm not the only one with this problem with diablo 3 specifically.. its a bug if you pin a short cut to the bar. I had to go find the original short cut I pinned, delete it, then try and run the short cut on the task bar and it'll ask to delete cause it can't find what it is trying to launch!
