Lock PCI on DFI Ultra-D

how do i lock the pci on the dfi ultra-d?

also, am i correct in assuming that cpu Vid = vcore?
what is cpu vid startup?

if i'm right, then why does cpu-z still show that i'm at 1.350v? when i have upped everything?

the PCIE slots are automatically locked, you can however raise the freq, but that is not advised

is there any available guide for DFI boards that tells you which settings should be enabled/disabled and what they mean?

i.e. all the spectrums and whatnot.
