Radiator Fins are Loose.

Hey guys,

I bought a Phobya 1080 Nova Rad and it arrived this morning with minor cosmetic damage but more worryingly, it has some loose fins along the edge. The loose fins are about an inch in total and are very springy (if that's even a word). I can't test it for leaks because I don't have the rest of my set up yet.

I'm new to watercooling but I'm pretty sure that it's not supposed to be like that...

Should I send it back?

Yes.

Those are the result of a poor QC, that radiator has those fins unsoldered.
Will last until 2015!
