Nope, been there done that. Had a 650D (Inchoate) and had a 200mm phobya pulling in fresh at the front and top and rear (140.2 and 120.1 respectively) rads as the exhaust rads, they became much less effective (although still able to cool a 2600k and two 580's to marginal temps for noise level). Pulling in ambient air on any rad is
always better. So having top and bottom pulling in gets you two real good things. First fresh air for all your rads, second positive air pressure which equates to less dust and more air flow (even if it's warm).
Edit: Some of the parts in a puter can go to 60c easy. What's a 15c delta to ambients gonna do?
