HELP msi Z77A-G43 blinking cursor

So i just bought this motherboard and its not booting off of anything. Before it post in the bottom right hand corner are some status codes. Well it goes 99 B4 A2 then pauses for a couple seconds. Goes to the msi logo screen then goes to a black screen with a blinking cursor and sits there.

I called msi last night and the guy said it could be the fact that my HDD was from another mobo might be the problem because of driver issues. So he said try reinstalling windows. Well i cant even boot from a cd, another hdd, usb, or anything else because it all goes straight to the blinking cursor. I even try to force it to boot into from the clickable bios. And it still would not work.

System specs:
I5-3570k
8gb gskill ripjaws
700w ocz psu
Msi 560gt ti twin frozr 2
Wd 800gb 5600rpm cavier green

Do you have a copy of your bios or able to download one? Your board is equipped with M-Flash and if you have a bios on a usb drive and plug it in it can boot into bios from the usb stick.

Not sure if you need the downloaded bios or some sort of copy of the bios. perhaps if thats the case someone can send you a copy of theirs.

**reading further it seems you need a backup of a bios on the usb stick for it to boot from it. If you dont have one I suggest making a new thread asking for one from someone with same board.

Now when i plug the usb in with the bios update, it says that a bios wasnt detected on the usb. I know for a fact there is one. I think i might have a bad motherboard.
