Broken pins on LGA1156

Simple... Can broken pins on this socket be fixed? 2 of them are missing only the top, and 2 are missing (they're empty)
If there was a way to remove that plastic it would be easy cuz they're on the corners...
With those missing the CPU isn't working...

I know for a fact the socket can be replaced, if you have the skills and tools which isn't likely for the average joe.
