It seems the heatsink area outlined in the photo below is extremely hot to the touch. I fold 24/7 now, so I am guessing I should toss it under water. However, I have no idea what block fits this section. The board is the ASUS Z77 V-Pro. Any recommendations?

From what I've seen, no one has made any mobo water blocks for this board.

You might have to get a high-end Z77 mobo to be able to use waterblocks.

I know that Koolance makes "universal" MOSFET/VRM blocks for which you can buy any one of a number of differently sized cold plates. I am sure other companies have similar offerings, but that is the best route I would think.

I was hoping this would be easier, but thanks for the help. I may get a new case first anyway and ... a drain port. Yeah, I know, I should have one already. redface.gif

It will be interesting figuring out how to drain it without blocking flow.

I guess since there are so many motherboards they just make blocks for the enthusiast line and the pro isn't really enthusiast.
