BSOD's on OCZ agility 3 running firmware 2.22 SOLVED

So, i bought a new OCZ agility 3 to go with all the new hardware i purchased a few months back. Happy and excitedly i read up everything i should need to know about SSD's. Well i install windows, everythings is going great! Its running fast, im excited and telling a friend on facebook how much of a different it had made in speed. BOOM BSOD tried everything suggested including a OCN guru Sean's ssd guide even including removed cmos battery, changing sata cables etc.. After secure erase, i installed all of my drivers from motherboard manufacturer cd, except for the intel rapid storage technology driver. No bsod's for 4 hours! Intalled the rapid storage tech driver again. BOOM BSOD again, and very commonly. Also i notived with the RST driver installed that HDtune would not show the health of the drive. After reverting back to the ahci driver that came with windows 7, fixed the issue. So from what i have gathered there is something wrong with RST driver. The only drive i had in the machine was the SSD and dvd rom. Everything seems to run fine without that thing installed, HDtune actually shows a bit of performance increase over those drivers. Maybe it was an issue with the driver that came with my motherboard? the TZ77XE3? I cant seem to find any info as to whether these drivers should be installed if running in ahci or only if you are running raid? Intel's site pronouces them as a raid driver. Just thought if anyone else was having this issue maybe they could try this and give me a response back. Is there a better driver from intel i can download for ahci?

Maybe it's just me, but i noticed that when i installed my motherboards chipset drivers it changed the ahci driver to a more current one, but if you intstall RST software, it overwrites that driver. I'm going to assume that is the driver for RAID? Maybe thats why it was causing an issue. Bottom line, don't install RST on a SSD UNLESS your in raid config and you have raid boot option rom enabled on mainboard. I've been back up and stable with not a single BSOD since i figured this out. So in case anyone has BSOD issues try uninstalling RST and installing your chipset drivers again. Worked on my machine anyway.
