Fluid XP+ nano uv blue question - Page 2

Well, I'm still waiting for my Durelene tubing and silver coil to show up, but since I got my 2nd GTX 580 Hydro Copper 2 video card today, I just couldn't wait. So I installed it.

I had to drain part of my look and change a piece of tubing. I was pleasantly surprised, after reading and seeing the Maker's photos.

Even after 9 months of running on Primochill tubing and using FluidXP+ coolant, the Primochill UV tubing looked perfect. No build up, not even a film on the inside of a 6" piece of tubing I removed from the input side from my pump to the video card.

Doesn't explain what happened with the Maker's set up, but knock on wood, the Primochill UV tubing and FluidXP+ coolant is just as nice as the day I put my system together 9 months ago.

Strange.

Thread Starter
Hey, sorry for my late reply.

i used
Durelene, tube, 1/2"ID -11/16"OD

in my new loop i use: PrimoFlex Pro LRT, tube, 1/2"ID -3/4"OD, UV red
with distilled water.

For the tube issue you said i might have, i fitted some of the old tube in my home made ress, and its still looks clear and new, (4cm tube peace) so i think it might be the fluid xp i used.

When first it started to fade the loop it happend the first week, and was totaly blocking my blocks after think 6-8month's.

@47 Knucklehead, did you use Fluidxp+ nano?

Edit:
Still got the fluidxp+ but since i live in Norway i gess sending it to the fluidXP company will cost alot, Should i email em, and see if they want to pay for the shipping, so they can have a look at it? or should i just trow it out and forget i ever used it?
