[cnet] Exclusive: Apple-Samsung juror speaks out - Page 14

I don't care if Apple kicks puppies for fun on the weekends.....

It still doesn't change the fact that Samsung willfully rode the the coattails of the iPhone and copied them successfully. I can't believe that you could tell me with a straight face that Samsung didn't copy here. The evidence is right in front of your face, exposed. I'm also tired of hearing about the broken patent system and etc....Samsung knew exactly what they were doing, and they crossed the line.

Your stubbornness to not admit so is just mind boggling, it really says all I need to know about you.

Your stubbornness about not believing the natural progression of cell phones is mind boggling.

It's almost like saying that evolution does not exist.

D '305 patent
Jumping to the user interface, the D '305 patent centers on a grid of rounded square icons against a black background.
Isn't this any phone/tablet by samsung? Why not every device is in list?

I just played with tab 2 and I'm still confused how it looks the same as icrap.

And as far as e-mail from google, I still didn't see any. Some speculations and one phrase... Or is there screenshot of it and it saying "this looks exactly like icrap, make changes"?

p.s. fridge from 10 meters looks exactly like ipad.

Natural progession....lol. It was "natural" after the iPhone came out for Samsung to copy it.

There's plenty more where that came from buddy.

I don't think Samsung willfully "copied" Apple. Took inspiration from? Perhaps. But willfully copied no.

Also, imho, there needs to be more laying off steelbom, cause he's a good guy and not an Apple fanboy. You won't find him posting memes and antagonising people, either.

Let me clutch this one, Samsung just lost a 1 Billion dollar lawsuit with a whole pile of evidence of internal documents pointing to making an iPhone clone. I don't need to post every last one, I'm just giving you a small dose. The Samsung phones you worship are straight up copies of what you hate, funny huh.

Wrong biggrin.gif

1. I don't worship Samsung phones. I just oppose Apple litigation against competitors for the sake of the competitor being better than them. I felt the same way when they needlessly sued HTC.
2. There was no "pile" of internal documents
3. The suit isn't over.

They lost a rigged trial where the judge was overwhelmingly biased towards Apple, and refused to let jurors view important Samsung evidence.

There is absolutely no way this is over. Apple may have won the battle, but the war still rages on.

How does the iPhone make Phone Calls?

Have they ever paid Samsung for 3G?

There would be no iPhone without mobile tech from Motorola and Samsung, both of which Apple refuses to pay. In other words, there would be no iPhone if Cell Phones didn't exist period.

There would be no IOS without PalmOS.

There would be on OSX without UNIX.

Need I go on?

But hey, keep praising Apple for patenting things like Slide to Unlock, that's mind blowing technology right there. They are by far the most innovative company on earth. thumb.gif

Keep being a hypocrite fully knowing that the company you praise got to where they are by copying and stealing others' ideas, but you shun others for also copying. Apple fans are the most hypocritical bunch living inside Apple's Distortion Field.
