It's like a black screen (its written dvi out of range on my 3 screen and then black screen) and sometime the sound loop, the only way to restart the computer is to hardboot it...

Have you tried running the GPU on stock settings? And I see that your GPU is currently overclocked, have you tried raising the voltage for it a little bit?

I see. Have you tried running the card on 7970 default clocks of 900 MHz on the Core Clock and 1375MHz Memory Clock and see if the card crashes. Also, do you know what specific card you have? And what version of the drivers you are running?

Yeah sure my card is sapphire 7970 dual-x 950/1000 dual bios, and running driver 12.8 i used this guide to update driver http://www.overclock.net/t/988215/how-to-properly-uninstall-ati-amd-software-drivers-for-graphics-cards.
P.S I did try driver 12.6 / 7beta and 8, ill try to underclock card and see if it still happen, Do I have to use trixx if i want to underclock?

I had a similar issue with random "Gray screens of death", usually when in 2D, but sometimes in 3D. I was using 12.6 at the time, I rolled back to 12.4 and It has not happened since. I would give it a try. I had it at stock and at OC. Now I can run OC just fine.

I have the same video card as you so I can relate. Have you tried using moving the Dual BIOS switch to position number 1? No you do not have to use Sapphire Trix to underclock, you can just right click your desktop and open to Catalyst Control Center. From inside Catalyst Control Center, navigate to Performance and click on "AMD OverDrive" and set the desired clocks. And do you know the load temperatures the video card is getting?

12.6+ drivers seem to crash my cards as well frown.gif Cards are brand new, yet were getting hard locks and 116 BSoD on everything from ARMA2 to BF3 to youtube...

Flashing to the 'GHz' BIOS on both cards seems to have helped though, I'll reply here again if they crash again tongue.gif
