I know about the hole saws. I am an electrician by trade and use them occasionally for recess lighting and they are not cheap. I used a jig to cut out a custom window on my very first build and it worked ok, just the panel was a little warped due to the fact that it is not as thick as the corsair panel. It was a bear paw design with claws and now houses my WHS V1 which I still use as a music server mostly.
My other question is how far from the corner is the first hole at the bottom to the edge of the panel. Also are both side holes in the same location on each panel? Basically, how far are the cover holes in from the side and up from the bottom would be the best way to ask I guess.
I hope my radiator and the rest of my supplies get here today. I have a lot of new Sandy Bridge parts waiting to go into my case. I just did not trust the back 140 mm with a Koolance radiator in push /pull to cool two new EVGA GTX 680 Hydro copper cards. My old cards were 570s and it did an ok job of cooling them. Not to mention my "better half" is getting impatient about this build with about another $2,000 in parts just sitting around.
Basically I had to rebuild due to a MSI Z68 board that seemed to be promising, but started losing sata ports and acting up. It also killed one of my 570 cards because it surged the PCI x 16 slot and killed the slot and card. I knew I should have used a Gigabyte board. That is all I have ever used in every build I have done in the past. Never had any problems.
Thanks for the quick reply and I really do like your build a lot. Orange is my favorite color. I am stuck with blue since I better not even consider buying all new fans, LEDs, and colored tubing.
I appreciate your help,
