Cables are crisscrossed, wiring harness question?

Hi everyone,

I'm currently sleeving my PSU (MDPC sleeving) and you know how you have all of the black cables (ground wire) and yellow cables (positive) all being +12V or -12V, I notice that the manufactures have the cables of the same color (let's black) criss-cross each other and go into the hole crisscrossed.

My question is does it matter if I insert the sleeved pins back into the connector/harness where they are in order rather than crisscrossed?

Much appreciated!

Just so there's no misunderstanding I'm looking at a one piece 8-pin CPU connector where all of the yellow +12V wires plug-in, I can't uncross two yellow wires on the same row of 4 yellow wires even though there all +12V wires?

I see 4 wires all them +12V wires, how are the electronics going to know the difference between 4 separate +12V wires? I'm just looking to clean up the crisscrossed wires of the same voltage.

I wouldn't some PSU's are real weird and if something did happen ( warrenty already void) theres no goin back might be same volts but could be diffrent rail are something funny like that
