just open the side of your computer, and put a house fan on high right next to it. it may be crazy enough to work. i already put a mac fan in my comp, so why not a house fan.

it's been done. Several times.

But, it's only as good as your heatsink...and can't go below ambient...

dust is a problem already for me. when the comp is located in the unfinished basement, dust is your enemy. im thinking about trying to make a turbine effect or something, i got to be original.

Yes it is good as long as you can control the dust, ignore the sound, and have a good ambient room temp.
